And the feeling you gave my heart.
I hope you know I need you,
But we just seem to push apart.
I don't know this divide,
But I know you're on the other side.
I don't like this seperation,
It's too much of a temptation.
I wish I could build a bridge,
And I wish I could be with you.
This is what aching is,
And this is why I need you.

And the understanding that you brought.

And I don't want to be apart.
This chasm in our existence,
Hurts me every instence.
This break in our divide,
Just kills me all the time.
And I want to be beside you,
Caught up and all about you.

Like Tomorrow Will Never Come
We're still young,
with s i n g s o n g children's voices in our throats,
and beautiful muddy footprints in our hearts.
We're still beautiful,
with lopsided smiles,
and laughs that make the sun's heart ache.
So grab my hand,
and I'll show you the sunshine,
hidden under bluebell wings,
and butterfly petals.
We'll run in circles,
just to make my dress twirl,
and our lungs burn
(in the good kind of way.)
We'll jump in the rain,
with laughter pealing
like thunderclaps,
trying to outscream the storm.
We'll camp under the stars,
with only the velvet black canopy as our tent,
counting the stars,
and naming each one after

In this world,
there are two kinds of people.
Those who see,
and those who feel.
She is beautiful.
She is too beautiful.
But I wouldn't dare to say.
She has heard it all before.
She already lived it all before.
Yes, I know.
She is beautiful.
And she has the power.
You would not resist.
You will say: "Who is that one?"
I will say: "I don't know!"
It's better that way.
Because she is beautiful,
but she cries.
She always cries.
It's what her smile says.
She had problems.
She has problems.
But for now,
she just wanna burn this place.
Her world is not here.
Not with these people.
She deserves something better

It resonated all over me,
and drowned me in memories.
Thought about what used to be,
Back when everyone was at ease.
I think back long and hard
Filled my mind with the past
I realize, that we've gone far
It seems time goes by way too fast...
